The Role:We have an exciting opportunity for a Sailpoint Developer/Engineer/Architect. The successful candidate will work on challenging IAM projects. The nature of projects will be diverse and will vary across the categories of advisory, assurance, and system implementation. Whilst being actively engaged in solving business problems, the core practice remains specialised in technical solutions. You will be part of the IAM delivery team, utilising your strong technical experience to implement IAM solutions that best fit our needs. We are looking for a driven individual with at least 3 years’ practical experience in delivering and providing engineering services on SailPoint IIQ Projects within the Identity & Access Management domain .

The successful candidate will have a high level technical ability, and a good understanding of business and strategic needs and challenges, enabling them to ensure they design and deliver the best technical solutions every time. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing and delivering identity and access management solutions:

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

  • Good Understanding of SailPoint IIQ product components, its architecture and interfaces - delivering the product and its capability.
  • Experience in designing and implementing RBAC, SailPoint IIQ Role Policy Management
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ, Applications Onboarding, Analytics and Reporting, Rules, Email Templates, Certification and Access Provisioning
  • Good understanding and experience of Build and Configure SailPoint in-built tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, schedule tasks, correlation Key Responsibilities
  • Good understanding of SailPoint IIQ product out of the box features
  • Implement Role Policy Management frameworks RBAC
  • Work with product owners across the divisions, architects, business analysts to develop new solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in terms of efficiency, reducing risk and automation
  • Should have development experience in any programming language
  • Should have good experience on writing scripts at server level (Perl script, shell script, vb script, java script, batch scripts)
  • Should have good understanding of UNIX, Windows server level commands
  • Should have good troubleshooting skills
  • Identify and escalate risks that may impact the application/project
  • Ideally, you will be a hands-on engineer with some architecture skills
  • You will have previously worked in a large consultancy
  • Optional Skills would be working with multiple IAM products, and having an excellent conceptual knowledge of IAM
  • Be capable of leading a deployment, producing all relevant documents, Designs, Specifications, etc.
  • Very good analytical and communication skills
