Senior Client Services AssociateLocation: UK (Marlow/Eastleigh), France (Lyon) or US (Raleigh) (with some flexibility)

If you have an interest in languages and in coordinating patient-reported outcomes? This is an exciting opportunity to join the Author Collaborations team at Mapi Research Trust.

Within the Author Collaboration team, we develop partnerships between us, and the authors of research outcomes questionnaires and our clients' who will use this product in their own clinical trials.

As a Senior Client Services Associate you will be using your client management skills, to focus on providing outstanding customer service both with our author's, developing the research outcome assessments and clients. Your role objective will include managing budget, writing proposals and planning to organise project timelines.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop proposals, discuss quotes, establish contract with the clientRun the project to delivery endpoint, managing timelines throughout the projectEstablish customer relationships with our client's, author's and other internal teamsCollaborate with internal language services teams for linguistic validation and translation

To succeed you will need:Previous experience in the translation industry as well as COA PRO translation field particularly in managing linguistic validation projects and eCOA processesOutstanding customer servicePrevious experience in linguistics validation andStrong attention to detail, organizational skills and proactive work ethicFluency in English both orally and in writing with strong communication skillsExperience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independentlyApplicants must also be able to demonstrate drive, passion, and autonomy. A background/qualification Languages, English, Marketing or Business is preferred but not essential.
