HR Generalist / Business Partner

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team in Madrid. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Duties include but are not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, business partnering and performance management.

• Oversee recruitment process for assigned areas, which includes sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources
• Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
• Manage employment life cycle;
• Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions and new hire meetings;
• Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
• Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
• Design and conduct exit interviews;
• Conduct employee and management training;

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (or master degree) and 3 - 5 years of experience in general HR is preferred
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment and hiring is plus
• Knowledge of local Spanish law and European employment laws;
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
