Lead Engineer, Cognitive Robotics

The Cognitive Robotics Team is responsible for automating various time-intensive tasks in the organization and contribute to EBITDA through Optimization and Head Count Reduction across IQVIA. We have received approval for 7 Positions last year for 2020 HC and we are converting 7 of our high performing contractors to permanent FTE based on their performance. By converting from their contract status, we are reducing the risk of attrition in a high demand industry and we will also be saving over $100K USD in contract expenses, which we can utilize in other productive work. All the resources in Cognitive Robotics are billable to respective Business Units & internal customers.
