The Principal Salesforce Business Analyst works under the guidance of Senior Director, IT Product and Relationship Management. The Principal Salesforce Business Analyst works closely with the Salesforce Solution Architect and Associate Director of Salesforce Administration and is responsible for document all Salesforce project & enhancement user requirements. This user will lead the daily Scrum calls and will manage the release deployment process. All QA resources will report into this individual.

Key Accountabilities:Oversees all requirement gathering and the documentation of business requirements related to changes to the Salesforce platform and its related applications (e.g., Apttus, Highspot, Introhive, Ombud, etc.)Oversees all the SF QA staff including staff performance and development, prioritization of requests, and quality of work. Conducts daily scrum calls, daily status, and end-to-end business requirements.Documents all business requirements through user stories in Jira and additional information/logics added to Confluence and link it to the respective Jira ticket. The project pipeline should also be maintained; as it is the single source of prioritization.Communicates changes to requirements to ensure alignment across the entire SF teamManages Release Readiness & CCFs (Change Control Forms).QualificationsQualifications :Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsA flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.Shows Initiative and self-confidence, is adaptable and is able to cope with changing and evolving priorities.Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentMust have very strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

Knowledge and Experience: Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum),7-10 years of Salesforce Experience5-10 years of experience managing staff
