In order to realize our vision we are looking for a Tech Lead.

Job Overview
Lead technology work stream for Business Intelligence and Information Management projects delivered to our clients ).  Responsible for driving to ensure product development is completed on schedule, within budget and with high quality , Tech Lead will provide subject matter expertise and a high level of consulting support on the technical analysis, design and implementation for multiple projects.

Essential Functions

• Collaborates with project leads, business analysts, end users to design and implement Project and solutions.
• Reviews business requirements and translate them into technical design
• Designs and implement technical solutions in support of business analytics and reporting.
• Collaborates with team members to develop and maintain suitable solution standards
• Provides technical and business knowledge support to the team.
• Escalates time, cost or quality implications to project manager and development manager
• Contributes to project effort estimations
• Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Ensures effective communication of technical requirements
• Supervision and Coordination of onshore and offshore Development Resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in a Technical Lead or Consulting role leading Information Management related initiatives (system integration, data warehouse build, Dashboard & Reporting Systems) ideally in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry

• Hands-on experience in design and implementation of data integration streams for data warehouse projects
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and identify resolutions.
• Good knowledge of relational data modeling (ERD), SQL and data warehousing.
• Experience in multiple database platforms, including SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.
• Experience in ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, MS SSIS, etc.)
• Experience in BI Tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Written, verbal, and presentation skills both in Greek and English
• Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
• Exhibits a comfort level in customer facing situations when necessary
