Job Overview
With supervision, perform project management, research, analysis, and report preparation on a wide range of projects. Assignments typically involve evaluating customer and competitor marketplaces through primary and secondary research activities as well as analysis of company performance metrics and capabilities.

Essential Functions
• Assists with the execution of projects associated with the business intelligence strategy
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge and ability to utilize of secondary market information sources
• With supervision, design and implement methods of customer and competitor intelligence gathering.
• Identify patterns, trends, inconsistencies, etc. of internal and external market data
• Develop and maintain relations with external service providers to maximize the cost-effectiveness of the company’s business intelligence activities.
• Comply with the Company’s standard operating procedures and observe timelines.
• Participate in the Company’s appraisal scheme.
• Liaise with other departments and business units in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years’ experience Req Or
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related area; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req

• Solid financial and analytical skills
• Skill in gathering, interpreting, and reporting complex market data
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to interpret complex financial and/or operational reports
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, planning, project management skills
• Ability to maintain demanding timelines
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Ability to utilize and develop additional systems/tools as needed to supoprt project work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
