Formal requirements
Education: higher legal education, confident knowledge of IT and marketing, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
Foreign language: knowledge of English (Upper) Intermediate.
Work experience by profession: at least 5 years, the advantage – work experience in an international company, as well as work experience as a senior lawyer or in another senior position from a year.
Main tasks
- full support of contractual work related to the Technology business (Russia and CIS), including communication with global colleagues;
- preparation of drafts of standard contracts for new products / complex solutions with subsequent approval and implementation;
- maintenance / completion of several key projects (introduction of uniform standard forms of contracts at the local level, optimization of work with overdue receivables, etc.);
- preparation of risk analysis for new projects;
- other tasks.
Key performance indicators
- 95% of tasks are completed within the timeframe agreed with the initiator / customer, the postponement of the deadlines for completing tasks is possible only by agreement with the initiator / customers;
- knowledge of key planned changes in the legislation concerning the activities of the company and its clients + making a forecast of the impact of changes on the activities of the company and its clients, before the changes come into force;
- absence of mistakes leading to losses of the company (financial, image and others);
- NPS from key managers of the company at least 70% after 6 months (analysis of each answer).
