The Role

We are currently looking for experienced candidates for a position of Senior Consultant to join our Management Consulting team in Budapest serving the region of South East Europe.

Main Responsibilities Of The Role

• Manages day-to-day operations of multiple projects
• Plans, organizes and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
• Drives client communication in projects and guides the project team
• Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and develops proposals and client solutions
• Develops detailed documentation and specifications, client proposals and deliverables
• Designs/structures and delivers presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
• Develops and presents complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions
• Leads quality assurance efforts for all projects within scope – for client analytical work
• Proactively develops a basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
• Takes the lead in identifying opportunities for business development and innovative consulting approaches
• Develops client relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone and email contact
• Manages, coaches and mentors a team of junior colleagues, acts as a role-model to the broader consulting team

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or 4-5 years in pharma industry in analytical, strategy or leadership positions
• Proven track record of solving complex business problems and applying the consulting toolkit, preferably in the pharma industry
• Proven track record in managing project teams along the whole project cycle (from project initiation to final delivery)
• Experience or strong desire to engage clients in strategic discussions and collaborate with other subject matter experts to innovate and develop new business opportunities
• Experience in developing trust and credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• Sense of ownership and pro-activity
• Strong abilities to manage projects and priorities so that timelines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
• Experience working in multi-disciplined teams and leading peers and junior team members
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of pharma industry is an advantage
