  Job Summary We are seeking anAlliance Managerto join ourDiscovery & Safety Assessment (DSA)business to be located remotely in the US. TheAlliance Managerwill provide support for external and internal clients. Work in collaboration with various staff to ensure quality customer service is provided. Facilitate and contribute to organizational development to enhance customer experience and business growth. Resolve moderately complex issues independently and escalate as appropriate. Ensure communication with all stakeholders.

The following are the responsibilities related to theAlliance Managerposition: Facilitate assigned alliance management relationships to ensure client satisfaction with Charles River services Coordination of client needs across multiple Charles River sites; serve as client and Charles River advocate Facilitate and coordinate all multi-resource interactions; serve as inter- and intradepartmental liaison Facilitate complex non-scientific discussions to ensure alignment and resolution to client challenges Coordinate communication and knowledge-sharing between internal and external customers Provide, monitor and manage client expectations and deliverables Optimize work schedules by enabling multi-site connectivity Manage and prioritize the overall client program through demand scheduling Ensure issues are managed and resolved both internally and externally and serve as a mediator as appropriate Support the expansion of additional services being used by clients by providing market and client needs to the Sales Organization Ensure alignment and standardization of processes, proposals and requirements across sites Empowered to make decisions and elevate concerns Identification and implementation of best practices (logistics, communications, deliverables, etc.) to optimize CRL’s ability to service the client Participate in Alliance Management team activities Provide project updates as required Serve as a change agent, build and motivate teams and foster positive relationships with and among team members Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in science, business, marketing or related discipline.

• Experience: Five years related experience, preferably in a life sciences company and/or multinational corporation.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

• Other: Capable of working with minimal supervision, able to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize based on identified goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail required. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Ability to work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines.
