Salesforce Developer
Summary: Developer/ Analyst for the IQVIA OCE (CRM) Technical Offerings team to support their Salesforce systems and managed packages.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices and business needs
• Work with the existing admin and development teams to establish and maintain best practices in Salesforce administration and management
• Design solutions using existing architecture
• Support existing MDM, CRM and Virtual Meeting integrations 
• Build new integrations necessary to satisfy customer requirements
• Provide APEX coding as needed
• Support development of CRM Salesforce resources by participating in team discussions and sharing learnings
• Perform ongoing Salesforce Administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.)
• Support Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
• Participate in complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits and recommendations
• Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues

Required Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated technical and dev team management experience
• 3 years SFDC solution delivery experience, including Salesforce Administrator and Developer experience
• Salesforce ADMIN and Developer Certified
• Visualforce, Apps, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
• Experience with design, dev and implementation of Lightning and Native Salesforce Mobile Apps 
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
• Code packing and version control (GIT) experience 
• Flexible timings
• BE in Computer Science/ Information Technology, MCA

Preferred Skills
• Salesforce Advanced Admin and/or App Developer and/or Architect and/or Consultant Certification
• Knowledge of and experience with the IQVIA OCE managed package 
• Experience working with the Pharmaceutical Industry or a Commercial Sales Organization 
• Experience with Agile solution delivery
