The Senior Director, Site Contracting will lead, manage, and support the Site Contracting team in delivery of timely, high-quality site contracting to clients within target margins. Guide ongoing training, management, and career development processes for the team. Principal responsibility for demand and capacity planning, resource management, execution of operational excellence, and on-time, on-budget service delivery. An experienced leader in communicating with senior leadership within clients and other stakeholders on site contracting issues and operational delivery. Proactively drive solutions which improve client and investigator satisfaction and accelerate startup and reduce cycle times in the startup lifecycle .

QualificationsExperience and Skills Proven management/leadership experience within a CRO, leading a Contracts or Clinical Group Experience in a multi-national organization (preferably a US company) is essential Critical thinking and problem solving Advanced ability to manage and motivate direct reports, as well as influence other stakeholders that do not have a direct reporting line Demonstrated strength in managing managers and leading diverse teams Global management skills Financial management skills Strong negotiating skills Strategic thinking skills Conflict management skills Consulting skills Contingency planning & risk management skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills (including experience in making presentations at conferences, meetings, training sessions) Client-focused action-oriented approach to work (able to understand the business implications of decisions and their impact on clients) Highly confident to deal with client and internal resources at all levels Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail Able to work independently and manage from a distance Strong understanding of cultural differences A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork. Education Bachelor’s degree in biological science, pharma, or other health-related or business-related field, with an advanced degree desirable Language Skills Competent in written and oral English.
