We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Associate (Intern) for our Facilities Team in Mattawan, Michigan.

A Facilities Project Associate (Intern) is responsible for: working with a multi-faceted team that is responsible for the organization and smooth operation of the Facilities Planning & Engineering Projects Office. The individual in this role performs tasks that support construction/renovation processes.

The following are minimum Qualifications related to the Facilities Project Associate (Intern) position:

· HS/GED or bachelor’s degree with 1-3 or more years of relevant experience; contract research organization experience preferred.

· An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

· Demonstrated ability to: handle multiple tasks and changing priorities; communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization; be flexible and work in a dynamic, deadline driven, team-oriented environment.

· Demonstrated knowledge and use of AutoCAD software.

· Proficient use with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.

· Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice.

· Ability to work under specific time constraints.
