We are seeking an Associate Director/Director, Talent Acquisition – FSP (Functional Service Partnerships) to drive and support PPD’s expanding portfolio in this area. This is a global role that will work closely with the business leads, PPD talent acquisition team members and also our FSP clients. The position requires a candidate who understands business needs, can develop strategy and who can make decisions confidently in a dynamic environment.

The Director/Associate Director will work across a matrix environment with a team of recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators focused on recruiting for a variety of roles across a growing CRO. Responsible for creating and executing against a strategy of high volume sourcing, recruiting, and attracting best-qualified candidates.

Develops and implements Talent Acquisition strategy to meet current FSP needs and future growthRepresents PPD Talent Acquisition in supporting FSP business leaders with client development, proposals and strategy.Provides regular reporting to business leads and clients on meeting key success criteria. Anticipates and shapes recruiting needs by creating strong internal client relationships. Acts as key figure within talent acquisition for internal and external clients.Works closely with management across regions to share information and best practices and provide assistance on critical needs.Work across PPD Global Talent Acquisition communicating initiatives, strategies and measurements. Education and Experience:

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10-12 years).

5 year of leadership responsibility

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environmentsExperience of working within a CRO environment is beneficialExpert knowledge of recruiting theories, principles, programs, trends and best practices Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity Demonstrates executive presence and strong consultation and presentation skills Ability to influence at all levels of the organization Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills
