Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of the fieldwork in the allocated region (this includes briefing/training, QC procedures, accompaniments, back checks, adverse events reporting and data entry).
- Ensuring that the Field Manual is strictly followed for both qualitative and quantitative projects.
- Managing 10-12 projects at any given time.
- Identifying, onboarding and training freelance interviewers.
- Maintaining doctor database.
- Establishing good relationships with doctors to help get appointments at short notice, empaneling for online studies, etc.
- Working very closely with freelancer/agency in order to meet project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Working very closely with the research team in order to meet project requirements.
- Ensuring that all the required communication with research team is happening promptly and accurately (weekly updates, queries, etc.).
- Ensuring that proper QC process is followed for each project.
- Responsible for conducting field visits for QC procedures/Accompaniments/Back Checks.
- Ensuring that all studies are delivered as per the client’s requirements within given timelines & budget.
- Responsible for completeness, accuracy and quality of deliverables (data captured) while ensuring that the fieldwork is conducted with integrity (no fudging).
- Responsible for ongoing training/guidance to freelancers, interviewers/moderators.
- Responsible for ensuring that all admin processes (related to his geographical responsibility) are duly followed and implemented, such as fund requests for freelancer payments, doctor incentives and vendor/ supplier payments.
- Responsible for being compliant with internal company related requirements/tasks such as goal setting, trainings, etc.
- Ensuring that a pool of freelance interviewers is always readily available for smooth running of field projects.
- Constant availability to provide support as and when needed by other departments (RWE, Public Health, MC, etc.
- Responsible for conducting few interviews (qual/quant) on ongoing basis, as required.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in the market research field and operations.
- Ability to handle multi-country projects.
- Healthcare background is preferable.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good computer skills (excel and word).
