This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the U.S.

 

The following are the responsibilities related to the Sr. HR Systems Analyst position: As the Sr. HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical enterprise support for the SuccessFactors platform. This role will primarily support role based permissions and internal and external system integrations, in addition to providing support for multiple modules of the SuccessFactors platform inclusive of Performance, Goals, Succession, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Learning Management, Employee Central, Compensation, Calibration and Development. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to analyze company needs and facilitate innovative solutions to fully utilize SuccessFactors on an enterprise level. Specifically, everyday responsibilities will include the configuration, provisioning and maintenance of the SuccessFactors platform along with facilitating system improvement via quarterly releases and optional upgrades. A key component of this role will be providing end-user support, communication and training while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role will also be responsible for maintaining, developing, and revising all system manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation in relation to the SuccessFactors suite of products. The perfect candidate for this role will be an analytical problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced / high-pressure global environment. The ability to communicate effectively, using both technical and functional language when appropriate will be a key to success in this role. A deep understanding of testing and migrating system configurations from testing to production is required along with the ability to work independently as required. Minimum Requirements: The following are the minimum requirements related to the Sr. HR Systems Analyst position: Bachelor's degree and five (5)years experience working with Human Resource Managementsoftwarein an administrative capacity supporting end-users; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience.

The following are the preferred qualificationsrelated to the Sr. HR Systems Analyst position: Experience with system integrations as well as data privacy regulations and data privacy configuration. Experience with role based permissions. Experience with Ad Hoc reporting and Online Report Designer (ORD).
