We are seeking a Research Associate for our Test Material Control Department site located Mattawan, MI.

A Research Associate - Test Material Control (TMC) is responsible for: preparing, sampling, and dispensing formulated test material according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GxP guidelines. The individual in this role: completes projects on time while maintaining quality and efficiency; communicates effectively with management, internal customers, and team members; assists others with their duties; and may assist with troubleshooting formulation issues.This position willbe a Monday - Fridayschedule.

The following are minimum qualifications related to theResearch Associateposition:

HS/GED with 0-6 months of relevant experience; contract research organization experience preferred. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field with no experience; contract researchorganization experience preferred. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside theorganization. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn avalidated system. Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited toevenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice. Ability to work under specific time constraints.
