IQVIA is looking for high performing, results-oriented sales representatives with a track record of success to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.  This role is responsible for selling medical products on behalf of our client. 

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) engages health care professionals (HCPs) virtually, to promote assigned client products, maximize the products’ selling potential and meet program and Client objectives. The ISR achieves this by developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs and educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. The ISR utilizes approved tools and resources for product promotion and maintains a competent level of product, territory and customer activity knowledge.  These services will be delivered through 100% virtual tele-sales.

Inside Sales Representative

  • Manage daily sales/support call activity to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing product sales
  • Overall strategic approach will be coordinated by Field Sales Representatives and DSM to optimize Inside Sales execution
  • Frequently communicates with Field Rales representatives to support business needs in overlapping geographies
  • Effectively and persuasively communicates with customers using effective selling, active listening, proper terminology, approved product messaging, and approved promotional materials
  • Listens and responds appropriately to customer needs and questions
  • Identifies and communicates relevant formulary coverage to appropriate stakeholders within the office to ensure optimization and appropriate pull-through of current payer coverage
  • Conducts support calls to ensure office is stocked with patient brochures/educational materials
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to identify opportunities to place direct orders for accounts based on previous order volumes and frequency
  • Develops and maintains appropriate business plans to achieve territory and business goals
  • Meets/Exceeds Activity KPIs
  • Strictly adheres to all company compliance standards
  • Participates in teleconferences and live trainings/meetings (when required)
  • Documents all call information in company CRM system

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented with a track record of success
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required
  • Prior inside/tele-sales experience required
  • Pharmaceutical/medical sales preferred
  • Prior buy and bill experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to make impactful presentations virtually
  • Ability to work a schedule that accommodates potentially different time zones
  • Ability to travel to work related meetings and functions (including overnight and/or weekend)
  • Must be able to successfully complete client training and meet training expectations in order to proceed to servicing client’s customers within the parameters of the program

  • Good organizational and planning skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g. iPad, apps).
