Assoc Consultant, Tech

Role:

Implementation Consultant, with 3+ years of similar experience.  Will be a key member of the implementation and support team.   Should possess good understanding on implementation processes and should be able to communicate fluently in English.

Experience in Healthcare, Insurance and Hospital Billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will solicit, understand, and document the customer's business requirements, processes and workflows.
• Document functional specifications to include business flows, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to clients.
• Be responsible for direct interaction with clients as and when required.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Production Support through each stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct User Training and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Support pre-sales team for sales presentation and demos.
• Expected to travel, up to 50 - 60 %, on-site for short or longer duration.

Technical Skills

• Basic Query Knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and Project is a Plus.
