Contracts Coordinator

The primary purpose and objective of the Contract Coordinator position is to work with and assist the Investigator Grants team in the completion and execution of contracts with clinical study sites and principal investigators ("Clinical Trial Agreements").

Main responsibilities are, but not limited to: Preparation and monitoring of Clinical Trial Agreements from initial contact with the clinical site through execution of agreements (the "CTA Process"); Maintain and handle open lines of communication between PPD clinical teams and clinical sites during the CTA Process; Provide technical and administrative support to Investigator Grants team during the CTA Process.

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 1 year administrative experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines

• Excellent English – verbal and written

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Ability to work independently
