Associate Operations Director

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting product and implementation pattern design for critical IHP components
• Offer significant subject matter expertise and project insight for LS projects/clients
• Drafting reusable (preferred) and ad hoc (as needed) project and implementation support materials
• Coordinating with practice leadership and operational counterparts to respond to GTM opportunities (e.g., RFIs, RFPs, Proposals, Bid Defenses), project startup design and implementation analysis
• Collaborating with product team to align new functional and technical requirements, workflow and detailed specifications
• Defining goals and success measures for prioritized initiatives, in collaboration with practice leadership
• Provide guidance to development teams on product vision, requirements, and user experience, as appropriate
• Participating in pre-sales and implementation activities including solution design, protocol documentation, and product estimation
• Drafting and maintaining product implementation documentation and project support document templates for universal practice use
• Support Integrated Health Platform development including support for standardization of design and documentation processes, documentation ,alignment of new platform functional requirements to technical specifications
• Mentoring and coaching a quickly evolving team that is delivering innovative solutions in rapidly transforming business areas
