Communications Infrastructure Analyst Intern (Summer 2021)

• Document workflow architecture and gain approval from the key stakeholders.
• Management of Cisco Call Manager and Enterprise Contact Center product suite.
• Management of Call Manager v.12.5, Unity Connection, UCCX, UCCE, and Cisco Session Management
• Management of telephony servers through VMWare.
• Routing/switching configuration and support in a global telephony environment.
• Provides 2nd level telephony and call routing engineering support.
• Troubleshoots multi-vendor inoperability problems and provides solutions to solve complex issues.
• Supports global implementations remotely

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program – preferably focused in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Great communications skills
• Knowledge acquired through equivalent experience in routing and switching, and simple SQL queries.
• Microsoft Office Suite – specific focus on Excel V-Lookup
