Analyst - FIA/LAAD

The Role of a Client Services Analyst:
Creates, maintains, validates and delivers LAAD deliverables as well as provides guidance and support to clients daily. The CSA is also critically involved in market definition maintenance, market set up, & supporting smaller, less complex clients.

CSAs are responsible to:
· Ensure contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
· Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
· Follow IQVIA data verification protocols. Monitors transmission of delivery and notifies client when complete (Deliverables are tetra bytes of data so transmission can be complex)
· Assist with Data Investigation submission process+C45
· Research, analyze and respond to client inquiries that may be very complex and non-routine in nature.
· Provide support to client engagement meetings virtually or at customer sites.
· May produce ad-hoc reports using internal tools on demand.
· Conducts product/services and process training for clients and other employees.

The analysts are critical to making sure that deliverables are sent, received, and correct; they are essential for revenue to be recognized.
