The Supply Chain Project Coordinator is responsible for executing and supporting Materials Management

Department Projects. The Supply Chain Project Coordinator is key to the overall advancement of company's

projects with a specific focus on the inventory management system. Working with all areas and levels of the

company, he/she should improve the profitability of the supply chain and improve current processes.

Responsibilities:

- Complete and maintain current status with all required training

- Comply with all departmental and company-wide SOP's

- Develop current SOP's, design new processes and collaborate on projects to facilitate problem-solving

working cross-functionally in the Materials Management department

- Identify project opportunities and conduct analysis to scope projects

- Work with IT to make data available for process improvement and develop electronic systems

- Establish performance measurement systems and goals aligned with organizational objectives

- Provide technical and statistical expertise to Inventory Team to enhance quality of services

- Maintain departments project list and trackers as needed Job Qualifications  

- Bachelor's degree is required, Supply Chain degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry

experience in FDA manufacturing environment.

- Business Certifications and/or training are preferred (APICS, Lean six sigma, etc.)

- GDP knowledge or experience

- Intermediate computer skills are required – (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Access)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities under tight deadlines

- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, decision making and presentation skills

- Ability to demonstrate initiative, develop ideas, continuously seek opportunity, clarify issues and investigate

- Strong team player with ability to work independently and detail oriented

- Ability to lift up to 20lb
