Parexel has an exciting opportunity to advance your career in Clinical Research. We are looking for an Associate Manager of Enrollment to oversee day to day operations of patient recruitment in the Glendale, CA Early Phase Clinical Unit while managing support staff.

Please note: this position is 100% onsite, no remote work

Key Accountabilities:Manage and develop the enrollment teams to ensure the delivery of high quality and timely services to internal and external clients.Continuously monitor recruitment progress, screening ratios, and enrollment rates to ensure on-time and profitable enrollment of all clinical research studies.Attends and presents material at client meetings or scientific meetings to support the acquisition of new business, as needed, with a particular focus on enrollment.Reviews feasibility of proposed studies and provides advice on improving suitability of inclusion and exclusion criteria for recruitment, efficiency, ease of conduct, and costs.Supervise marketing function of the department to meet the goals of the unit in terms of volunteer recruitment and new business development needs.Use staff resources flexibly and innovatively, deploying them across teams and departments where required.Ensure that all established timelines relating to areas of responsibility are met.Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.Provide support, mentorship, and training to Enrollment Specialist team.Assist with the creation, review, revision, and/or retirement of Standard Operating Procedures, as assigned. Also participate in implementation and training once finalized.Participate in development and execution of study recruitment plans/strategies, to include marketing, community outreach, etc. for awarded projects, populations of interest, and ethnic initiatives.Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective mannerAssumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Your Profile: 3+ years of clinical research or pharmaceutical industry experience 1+ year(s) management experience Knowledge of FDA regulated drug development process, USP 797, GCP, GLP and GMP is preferred Excellent customer and patient service experience when handling conflict Experience in dealing with confidential materials Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule according to business needs Bachelor’s degree, graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred), or Physician training
