The role:

As F&A Coordinator you will ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

Responsibilities also include to monitor and respond to customer requests through Facilities Online, ensuring timely response and resolution of issues in compliance with department metrics; to assist with the coordination of other essential central services such as maintenance and the ordering, tracking and receiving of office supplies, support other GBS functions at a local level, including Finance responsibilities such as invoice scanning and log completion where required, keep management informed of any issues within the organization that require attention, assist with additional facilities-related tasks and projects for the department as assigned among other administrative activities.

You will need:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative related role.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise• Intermediate level of English.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels and across cultures.
