Essential Functions
• Support BioA, ADME, and Vaccines organizations in strategic initiatives, including but not limited to, project management, site support, testing, deployment, and post implementation support. 
• Assist project and senior project leads with initial data and process analysis including but not limited to:  conducting research/interviews, identifying appropriate data resources, creating process maps, supporting project and change management plans, gathering data, preparing project outputs for assigned projects/analyses.
• Assume responsibility and apply complex techniques for assigned sub-projects or specific project components including but not limited to:  data capture, data modeling, analysis, innovative approaches, and Lean Six Sigma application, brainstorming, investigating theories, and project planning.
• Attend and provide background and supporting documentation/findings regarding data collection and analysis at various meetings and planning sessions.
• Participate in discussions with operations, OES, and management teams as required in carrying out special projects impacting the organization and productivity/process improvement initiatives.  
• Work with OES project leads to create, collect and analyze data around metrics, change/process/data management, scorecards, and project plans supporting various OES projects.
• Project coordination and control tasks include:  task and work flow planning, research approach planning, data source identification, clarification of project specification adjustments, identifying and collecting relevant and key records and documentation, general project related activities. 
• Support the preparation of project related reporting, development of user ready charts, and presentation materials for OES management and ultimately Executive Management.
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members as needed.
• Support IDBS implementation
     • Participate in IDBS related meetings (virtually or co-located) in support of the sites assigned 
     • Assist with To Be process mapping and future state process documentation 
     • Assist with process excellence activities to drive towards “Lab of the Future”
     • Partner with IT and IDBS to assist with IDBS related configuration for assigned site locations 
     • Review current state templates and regulatory requirements to ensure future state templates are accurate and appropriate
     • Assist with implementation activities including training at assigned site locations 
     • Accountable for site specific implementation
     • Assist with adoption
     • Track key measures associated with implementation and adoption for assigned sites
     • Remain as operational SME post go-live  
     • Participate in weekly Strategic Operations team meetings 

Qualifications
• Scientific background/experience strongly preferred. 
• Above average working knowledge of process / data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data capture, compilation and presentation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven self-starter with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail/quality control skills while driving initiatives to closure
• Excellent critical thinking, multi-tasking, flexibility, quality, time management and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, meeting the needs of all levels within the organization
• Ability to successfully and quickly comprehend, interpret, and apply various analysis techniques and methodologies
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly visible environment while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff throughout the organization as well as clients
