CONTENT WRITER/COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST

Essential Functions
• Plan, write, and edit content for a variety of topics, ensuring a consistent, compelling style and brand voice
• Create best practices for utilizing various communication channels (MS Teams, newsletters, GoIQ app, SharePoint, email, etc.)
• Create an ongoing editorial calendar with a pipeline of high-quality, journalistic content from across TSD
• Research, interview, and create articles on a variety of topics (key projects, technologies, trainings, tools, etc.)
• Work closely with subject-matter experts to define content requirements and deliver persuasive thought leadership
• Create various role-based communities within Microsoft Teams and push out information using appropriate channels
• Maintain content and audiences on Team channels with current information
• Oversee the planning and delivery of team meetings/education seminars and marketing these events
• May also be involved with large training program delivery efforts via live, e-learning, virtual training platforms, etc.
• May also assist with supporting documentation, curriculum content, and operating procedures for learning programs
• Contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective proposals, ideas, and suggestions
• Analyze survey metrics and KPI’s.
Qualifications
•• Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or applicable
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in journalism an asset
• Strong ability to write in a variety of different styles and produce quality content efficiently
• Experience writing in a succinct, fact-filled and straight forward manner, and with excitement
• Comfort receiving feedback and addressing both written and live edits
• Ability to manage time, have a strong attention to detail, and be well organized
• Ability to identify problems before they occur and communicate issues to the appropriate parties
• Comfort working on a remote team in a fast-paced, global environment
• Possess a high degree of autonomy with appropriate consultation where applicable
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate requests from global teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus.
• Ability to learn new software programs easily
