Alliances Account Manager, System Integrators (EMEA)

Our Strategic Partnerships team engages 3rd parties such as System Integrators, Technology Vendors, Data Partners, and Agencies to build mutually beneficial, trusted relationships in order to accelerate growth within the Global Technology Solutions business. Each alliance provides a unique value proposition to IQVIA through their services or solutions, and our goal is to maximize the return while building win-win relationships.

Role Overview

Advisor-System Integrators (A-SI's) leverage their delivery scale and market reach to implement IQVIA products and solutions for customers around the world. SI's with deep digital transformation and delivery capabilities, along with relationships with existing customers, offer a unique value proposition that can drive growth for IQVIA.

As a Partner Account Manager, Advisor-System Integrators (EMEA), you will develop and maintain key relationships to drive partner growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand relationships with Advisory SI partners in region
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners, and make proactive partner plan adjustments to meet quarter over quarter revenue growth commitments
  • Ensure that there is a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure it's in line with the IQVIA strategic direction
  • Set and manage revenue targets and work with partners and IQVIA sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals
  • Work together with IQVIA sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop sales opportunities that drive measurable results
  • Execute joint collaborative initiatives / joint planning with partners
  • Attend key partners conference to show support and alignment and look for new business
  • Maintain strategic alignment with partners
  • Monitor and report risks in partner relationships and performance
  • Communicate changes to the partner program to all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage execution of go-to-market activities with partners (e.g. webinars, field events)
  • Manage complex negotiations with partners and close deals
  • Manage relationships with Technology vendor partners in the region

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong alliances, partnerships and/or business development experience with system integrators
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural, global organization
  • Track record of successful strategic and operational planning and execution
  • Ability to create and meet joint solution and GTM strategies and tactical plans
  • Solid insight and experience developing mutually beneficial, strategic alliances
  • Exceptional analytical, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills with the ability to operate with energy and flexibility
  • Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry - Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial value chains
  • SaaS Technology/Salesforce.com platform knowledge is a plus
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Languages: English, German/French (advantage)
