Provides global records management (GRM) and file room support by working closely with the quality teams to ensure all records management tasks are completed according to organization and/or client standard operating procedures, working practice documents, and provides basic technical assistance to the quality teams.

Job Description:

Provides global records management (GRM) and file room support by working closely with the quality teams to ensure all records management tasks are completed according to organization and/or client standard operating procedures, working practice documents, and provides basic technical assistance to the quality teams.

Essential Functions: Processes (scans/images, indexes, files) incoming documents. Assists quality teams as required by scanning and/or filing of all documents as needed. Acts as a team subject matter expert on the filing process. Assists with team deliverables. Performs transfer/archival or central archival related tasks Works on special projects as assigned by Archives Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring scanning accuracy and that all records management tasks are completed according to PPD and/or Client Standard Operating Procedures/Working Practice Documents. The Associate Records Specialistworks closely with other Records Specialists and will occasionally assist with other archives responsibilities such as archiving hard copy data. May train new department staff. May assist with special projects.

Education and Experience: High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification, Associate's degree preferred Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively Ability to effectively analyze project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines Excellent English and grammar skills, (second language a plus)
