Role Purpose:

Under broad guidance, responsible for delivery and client support of the Consumer Health database.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintains and enhances the quality of the databases, client delivery schedule, and actual client deliverables.
• Coordinates client support on a daily basis
• Provides, identifies, and implements new automation opportunities to create process efficiencies.
• Defines/updates documentation as deemed necessary to maintain client deliverables
• Identifies and implements methodologies to circumvent repetitive issues, which occur within the work structure.
• Provides training for new and temporary employees working on consumer health deliveries
• Demonstrates the ability to perform data analysis.
• May make presentations to both internal and external customers.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years work related experience
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of MicroStrategy is an asset
