We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join us.

As the on site Painter & Decorator your role will be very varied.  Responsibilities incude Painting & decorating of existing buildings,external service pipework & supports. 

Main Responsibilities:

 To assist with responding positively to requests from customer departments for general work to be undertaken that have been assigned through the team leader To help the facilities department provide an effective & efficient service & meet service level agreements To ensure procedures laid down within the department and the organisation are followed To complete & submit all necessary paperwork associated with the role To complete risk assessments as required To provide correct & applicable signage when undertaking assigned work To ensure working areas are left clean & tidy To ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times

 Education/Qualifications:5 GCSE’s including Maths and English NVQ in Painting & Decorating or equivalent experience Experience:Previous experience in a similar role Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Personable and approachable Willing to work independently
