In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking a Business Sales Analyst for our Microbial Solutions site located in Charleston, SC.

Basic Summary:

Provide Sales Management with key insights, strategies and reports utilizing sales data and various technology systems to make business decisions. This individual will collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ascertain data, generate analyses and communicate to help drive growth of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and distribute reports on key metrics such as account health, product mix, revenue and others as necessary to strategically grow the business. Improve reporting efficiency, accuracy and frequency through the automation and optimization of reporting processes and data sources. Collect data from multiple data sources, including Salesforce, SAP, Power BI and Excel spreadsheets to aggregate into reports and business insights. Extract and manage data in multiple formats into core sales and leadership reports and dashboards. Understand the drivers of the business when analyzing reports and data for business leaders. Assist in the development of management reporting and planning systems and tools. Provide analytical support and recommendations for business leaders on an ad hoc basis. Collaborate with peers in finance, operations, and other parts of the business to support sales & account management activities. Interprets client/account-based transactions for Sr. Management to make appropriate business decisions. Supports the execution of the strategic planning and forecasting process. Prepares materials for presentation. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications

Qualifications: Education:BS/BA degree in Business Management, Data Science, Math (or related field) Experience:Two to five years related experience and/or training. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst specializing in the Data & Analytics discipline Strives for excellence and extensive focus on accuracy, attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow through Experience with APIs and integrating multiple data sources into a single system for use Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI Strong business mindset with ability to collaborate with business partners to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Certification:MBA designation desired. Other:Excellent spreadsheet skills required. About Microbial Solutions
