We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our MRT team in Lyon. In this role you will be responsible for administrative support to the project team in MRT.

Overview of role: Support project managers for all project coordination activities including contracts.Responsible for planning and coordinating assigned single-service stand alone projects to ensure integration, coordination and consistency of processes.Manage project budget to ensure financial targets are met through regular review of direct/indirect costs and project resources for assigned projects.Collaborate with Finance and Project Analysis to ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, and other financial reconciliation activities for assigned projects.Facilitate effective communication among all project-related parties.

To be successful :

You will have prior experience in an administrative role. You will be a strong communicator who is process orientated with attention to detail and experienced with Excel.
