Summarized Purpose

Collaborates with business units to ensure employee training records are appropriately maintained and audit-ready. Ensures system stability with minimal downtime and maximum performance and provides proactive support to assure efficient and effective usage of the application. Supports the team through the development of reports and cross-system integrations.

Essential Functions Build relationships with assigned stakeholders, provide proactive strategy, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Work with stakeholders to ensure they are leveraging the learning management system effectively and finding value in their learning tools. Provides consultation to senior business leaders for the evaluation, design, and set-up of newly provisioned data. Performs domain-level maintenance to ensure system security, the integrity of the overall data configuration and structure, and systems integration maintenance, escalating severe issues. Supports the maintenance of systems data structures, reports, and documentation. Designs and develops custom reports for stakeholders. Mentors and trains lower-level personnel, supporting team decision-making in support of department goals, objectives, directives, and priorities. Supports the audit process by conducting root cause analyses and documenting resulting changes and actions. Prepares, coordinates and delivers pre-meeting and project working group materials, facilities, and communications per timeline milestones. Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative support per business needs.

Demonstrated expertise with LMS systems and related database functionality, including query methods, data retrieval, and sound data managementpractices

Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, email software, various database software, and proficiency with primary software used by thecompany

Ability to quickly learn and work with the general principles of GCP and ICH Guidelines and relevant corporate proceduraldocuments

Possesses good oral presentation, written communication and interpersonalskills

Strong analytical and organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment, with an understanding of the userperspective

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently andeffectively
