This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as an Infectious Diseases Inside Sales Specialist to drive sales for an industry leader who is recognized as a top 5 pharmaceutical company with an established HIV portfolio. The Infectious Diseases Inside Sales Specialist is a tele sales role.  The Inside Sales Specialist will be expected to make outbound calls to educate and sell HIV therapeutics to targeted accounts.  This representative will have responsibilities in a variety of Sales, Customer Service and Sales Support functions.  In this role, you will convey complex clinical information to targeted accounts using your knowledge of the health care delivery system within your assigned geography.  You must be able to utilize strong interpersonal skills to remotely establish relationships of trust that allow you to uncover the customer's needs in order to execute marketing strategies. This requires a high level of collaboration with cross functional peers to facilitate product pull through.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school required
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in pharmaceutical sales is required
  • Remote/Inside sales experience is required
  • Infectious Disease/HIV sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with track record of sales success in prior roles i.e. sales rankings, awards & achievements 
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work from home, including appropriate office environment
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Proven ability to communicate complex clinical message with customers
  • Prior experience working and collaborating in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the reimbursement, managed care organizations and specialty pharmacies
  • Proven ability to examine business environment, interpret territory analytics and team insights to assess business opportunities and drive sales results
  • Strong account management and superior selling skills focused on providing a high level of customer service
  • Execute the brand strategy in assigned geography within compliance guidelines
