We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our team in Milan, whose mission is to perform advanced analytical modeling on Real World Data (RWD) and other proprietary data, providing strategic recommendations for commercial and marketing purposes.
The Role
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and management of data analytics and consulting projects. These engagements will leverage on our proprietary assets in different areas, such as Real World Data (i.e. longitudinal data such as electronic medical records gathered from GPs, therapy prescriptions gathered from pharmacies and patient diaries gathered from different specialists), product launch & tracking, multi-channel marketing and many others.
Main responsibilities will be:
Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid the development of recommendations; exercise informed business judgment in identifying the correct approach to client issues
Contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client meetings and workshops, independently or with senior support
Taking responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables, under supervision
Coordinating junior team members during quantitative analyses and development of client deliverables, providing them with direction and guidance
Assisting in the development of proposals for clients, with senior support
Contributing to internal brainstorming to develop project methodology and innovative solutions
Skills & Experience:
Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contacts
Good commercial awareness/business judgement and an interest in the healthcare / life sciences industry
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong presentation skills with Power Point and ability to create and manipulate data via Excel
Good time management and organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high quality work within timeline
The desire to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
Be aself-starter who thrives in a client-focused team environment
Education and Experience
In addition to the skills and experience above, candidates interested in joining as a Consultant will have:
MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, in economics/business, engineering, life sciences
3+ year consulting work experience with a management consulting firm and/or experience in the health care industry
Prior healthcare data experience, including working knowledge of physician, patient, sales and epidemiology data is a plus
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
