The Project Lead is primarily responsible for providing leadership through guidance, motivation, coaching, skill development, performance management, and administrative support to the District Leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and communicate the operational vision for the assigned team and monitor progress towards agreed upon IQVIA and Customer performance expectations. 
  • Act as liaison with assigned customers and provide overall leadership and management for the assigned program. In this role, you will be
  • Lead a contact center team providing support for enrolled patients utilizing a pharmaceutical product treating chronic diseases.
  • Maintain a diverse and motivated team using the employee relations policies,
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility of the IQVIA team and complete each year within assigned budget.
  • Provide functional leadership and direct management of the assigned customer program.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of management experience required.
  • Patient Services management experience preferred. 
  • Minimum three years of experience in the following areas: Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare, Customer Service, Contact Center.
  • Advanced computer skills knowledge and data base knowledge required
  • Proficiency using desktop software and applications (i.e. Salesforce, telephony platform)
  • Demonstrated experience in effective financial budget management required
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong professional presence in working with internal and external customers.
  • Strong verbal, listening and written communications skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills required.
  • Experience supporting large teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), including extended Outlook functions and complex Excel functions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills.
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail.
