GMP Technical Trainer - Athlone, Ireland

Our GMP laboratory based in Athlone, Ireland offers fully integrated solutions for product development and analytical development, including analytical testing services in method development, method validation, method transfer, release and stability studies. Our highly qualified GMP lab staff work across our 3 laboratory groups: Biopharm, Small Molecule, and Inhalation.

The role of GMP Technical Trainer is to train new employees in the basic systems and procedures in place, including proper analytical methods for various techniques. Reviews trainee data for accuracy and compliance with procedural requirements. Creates and maintains training files on all division personnel.

Key responsibilities:

· Trains new employees on basic department techniques, such as use of analytical balances and pipetting.

· Trains staff on the set-up, use, basic troubleshooting, and data interpretation for equipment such as HPLC and/or dissolution systems, including the data acquisition systems.

· Addresses the ongoing training needs of experienced personnel as indicated by manager/team leader.

· Assists and prepares technical training materials.

· Assists the manager and sets up and administers various training development programs.

· A positive attitude and ability to work well with others

· Excellent attention to detail
