Senior Training Specialist

· Must have experience in training design and delivery.

· Must have facilitation experience in both a virtual and in-classroom environment.

· Must have project management experience.

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

· IT literate – Experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of LMS type systems and virtual learning platforms.

· Ability to travel as needed for the position.

· Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.Qualifications· More than 5 years of experience in a training position, preferably within the life sciences and consulting industries.

· Experience in adult learning theory, training delivery, instructional design, and project management.

· Experience in virtual and in-classroom training delivery.

· Experience with developing eLearning using Articulate a plus.

· English proficiency.
