Due to business expansion, we are now looking for a driven and passionate Association Director or Director to join our global team.

We are seeking a Associate Director/Director, Talent Acquisition – FSP to drive and support PPD’s expanding portfolio in this area. This is a global role that will work closely with the business leads, peers across PPD talent acquisition and also our FSP clients. The position requires a candidate who understands business needs, can develop strategy and who can make decisions confidently in a dynamic environment.

This is an ideal position for someone who loves to solve problems through collaboration and innovation, and work in a fast-paced environment with both autonomy and support. The Director/Associate Director will work across a matrix environment with a team of recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators focused on recruiting for a variety of roles across a growing CRO. Responsible for creating and executing against a strategy of high volume sourcing, recruiting, and attracting best-qualified candidates.

Essential Functions:Develops and implements Talent Acquisition strategy to meet current FSP needs and future growthRepresent PPD Talent Acquisition in supporting FSP business leaders with client development, proposals and strategy.Provides regular reporting to business leads and clients on meeting key success criteria.Anticipates and shapes recruiting needs by creating strong internal client relationships.Acts as key figure within talent acquisition for internal and external clients.Works closely with management peers in across regions and the wider department to share information and best practices and provide assistance on critical needs.Work across PPD Global Talent Acquisition communicating initiatives, strategies and measurements.Provides leadership and direction and to improve the department's contribution to the business objectives.Remains abreast of trends and developments in talent acquisition and recommends nature and timing of department improvements.Associate Director/Director, Talent Acquisition (FSP) - UK
