The Sourcing Administrator will support our Alliance Network group to resource projects within Parexel using our internal resources as well as well as out contractor network. It is a general administrative role that will be fully home based in Romania.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare and process ANP documents escalating language changes and rate negotiations to Manager

• Prepare and provide ANPs with information package on PC processes and brief as necessary

• Ensures ANP CVs are current, reformatted and saved in Alliance Database

• Ensures ANPs are compliant with HR, Legal, Finance requirements

• Calculate ANP multiple and provide financial terms to Project Leads and Practice Leads

• Arrange for setup of ANP in R&A systems as needed

• Utilization and full maintenance of Alliance Network Database ensuring data accuracy (candidate records and skillsets are fully coded)

• Ensures ANPs are compliant with required training

• Ensures ANPs ICA’s and GSAs are current and executed

• Gather and report ANP hours

• Monitor ANP usage and Exhibit end dates to ensure all activities covered by active contracts

• Utilization and Maintenance of all Team Trackers

• Obtain approvals and submit invoices for payment

• Maintain ANP information in ANP database

• Work with Manager Alliance Network and Project Leads on ANP issue resolution

• Work with Finance, AP, Legal, and HR on details for ANPs new countries

• General administrative duties, such as meeting scheduling and logistics, development of presentation materials, electronic file management, and assistance with special projects

• Process payments to Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s)

QualificationsSkills

• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions based on knowledge of defined processes

• Ability to handle/share confidential information appropriately

• Strong sense of personal investment, responsibility, and ownership

• Strong initiative in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Mature, flexible person with excellent organization skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work professionally in a consistently fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in computer operating systems, including spreadsheets, word processing and databases, including email (MS Office preferred)

Education

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in an administrative discipline or equivalent experience

Language Skills

• Excellent command of English both written and verbal

Minimum Work Experience

• Years of experience, 0-5

• Relevant Administrative experience ideally within a shared service environment.

• Experience working with an Invoicing department or Recruitment Department would be an advantage
