Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist, Global Procurement Operations, must understand customer requirement in order to provide professional advice and ongoing support to meet their business requirements. And provides specialized procurement knowledge, commodity analysis and maintains ongoing commercial relationships between Parexel and its supplier. They will also play a role in supplier management, working closely with suppliers to develop business relationships that help facilitate a more streamlined approach to sourcing while ensuring through negotiation that price competitiveness and high levels of service are maintained.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree, preferably business related or equivalent experience.

• Experience working within a Procurement environment at a local/ regional or Global level

• Exposure to operations and/or life sciences is an advantage

• Relevant business experience is desirable

• Oracle experience in a global environment is beneficial

• Prior project management experience is an advantageExcellent English skills written and spoken
