We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Facilities/Administration Manage, you are responsible for supervising the administration & facility support staff including the management of various maintenance & supply vendors that support the business. .The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that facilities are properly organized, supplied, & maintained to support the operating requirements.

The roleSupervise the administration staff and facility support staff and ensure adequate training, mentoring and development is received.Ensures that all ICON administrative SOPs and working procedures are implemented and adhered to.Ensure facilities and amenities are in-place for on-site visitors (client audits, other ICON employees, etc)Responsible for administration of facility security system.Conduct or oversee general maintenance & housekeeping of facility including but not limited to:Oversight of routine equipment repair and installation of office fixtures.Makes periodic or special inspections of premises to determine repair work necessary.Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, buildings and other facilities.Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codesOversee facility vendors, including but not limited to, landlord supplied vendors, office supplies, cleaning services, laundry service, exterminators, security, volunteer catering, document storage/shredding, lab/clinic maintenance vendors, etc.Maintain positive strong working relationships with other managers, suppliers and staff.Maintain confidentiality of management information at all times.Keep management informed of any issues within the organization that requires attention.Perform other reasonably related duties as may be locally required.

What you needA minimum of an Associate's Degree or local equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years' experience in Facilities management or related role Experience in building strong and effective teams and setting clear objectivesProven experience in financial and budgetary control Experience with Health & Safety ManagementExperience with procurement policies and supplier negotiationStrong computer skills, sound knowledge of MS Office Suite and AdobeBenefits of working at ICON:
