This is a new role available within Commercial Finance. The Commercial Coordinator provides logistical support to ensure compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and consistency throughout contract and proposal processes.

In this role you will be responsibilities for the following:

• Monitoring mailboxes and ensuring requests for proposals (RFPs) and contract modifications (MOD) are complete.

• Monitoring tracking system for allocation completion and sending official notification to bidding teams.

• Performing RFP/MOD allocations to ensure appropriate representation based on therapeutic area of expertise.

• Entering data into application systems for accurate reporting and posting RFP documents to ensure that accurate bid information is available to stakeholders.

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualifications

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years)

• Fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical or CRO industry and familiarity with contracts

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Strong organizational skills and time management skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering high quality results

• Ability to deal professionally with highly confidential information

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
