• Provide business specific support to IT Senior Management that will facilitate the integration and delivery of IT solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Assist in the conception, coordination, testing, and implementation of new processes, reports and enhanced business systems.
• Manage the analysis and development of IT service pricing methodologies to assure an equitable and efficient distribution of IT operating and capital costs.
• Implement and monitor tracking system for IT contractual agreements.
• Provide documentation development, analysis, editing, across a wide variety of IT disciplines.
• Provide technical writing support where needed.
• Record relevant meeting minutes and summarize appropriately.
• Archive and extract information from multiple Office tools and databases.
• Provide administrative support to IT senior management.
QualificationsExperience in IT management, and customer service support.
Experience in working in a global organisation.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and to negotiate and accommodate a diverse user base.
High degree of problem solving skills and negotiation.
BS or equivalent.
