Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

  • Design, conduct and deliver research studies independently, with minimal support and guidance from project leader in an efficient manner

Manage the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity Draft all research materials, manage and monitor overall project execution to ensure timely delivery Able to perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to generate actionable solutions to address client’s business issues Ask relevant questions and raises issues and conflicts appropriately and in a timely fashion to the project team Work diligently to deliver high quality outputs for external and internal clients

  • Deliver projects with total revenue at USD 300~500K per year, as a key team member with supports from project leader

Understands team goals, adheres to team norms and supports team decisions Keep effective performance & well EQ management under pressure

  • Help develop the capability of junior team members on project management and preparation of all research materials via on-the-job coaching

Set clear expectations to junior staff toward project objectives Provide timely and constructive feedbacks to help junior staff improve performance and develop skills

  • Achieve client satisfaction scores for 30% of completed projects: 4.2 out of 5

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s degree above majored in medical, pharmacy, biology, sociology, statistics or related fields
  • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare market research, coach experiences are preferable
  • Oral and written English skills essential
  • Quantitative analysis or statistics experience desirable, good at statistic tools such as SPSS, Excel for programming and statistics analysis preferable
  • Innovative, strategic thinker with an enquiring mind
  • Good communication skills and excellent team player
  • Enjoys work and takes satisfaction in completing tasks to a high quality and with a focus on details
