Parexel is hiring an Enablement Manager to perform the following duties:Monitor, update optimize PI Learning Management Systems Assist with Sales Skills Development Initiatives Assist with PI Commercial Induction Program and help manage the administration of the program (Pre to Post) to ensure a smooth transition into Parexel Informatics for all PI Commercial New Hires as we scale the team. Assist with Preparation and Coordination of PI Commercial Annual Sales Summit Assist with Product and Services Training events Ensure seamless learning experience Assist with coordination of Certification Programs Participate in planning and scheduling of program sessions and events, including calendar coordination, venue/delivery method selection, and drafting of program invitations Serve as the primary point of contact for program attendees, triaging inquiries on behalf of the global Enablement team. Review program evaluations and provide summary information for instructors all stakeholders Assist with Sales Enablement Communications content (e.g. monthly enablement “push-out” update to global PI team). Oversee the PI Commercial Content database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date content. Collaborates with marketing in content creation Manage & update the content repository to ensure that all information is easily and rapidly accessible when needed Help Identify Enablement content gaps and organize content Liaison supporting users and content creators for PI Commercial Enablement ecosystem Provide recommendation about best ways to implement content in the system in order to optimize training material and education sessions Research and provide Industry Insights and Competitive InsightCollaborate with Sales Operations with Enablement Effectiveness Reporting and Metrics Identify opportunities for Commercial process improvement Support the sales Enablement team with ideas on how to optimize sales Assist sales Enablement management in understanding and resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to achieve sales operational excellenceQualificationsExperience developing training guides and/or modules; which includes the use of presentations, interactive sales exercises, and other sales training content development as neededAbility to deliver training sessions to various groups across the organizationExperience working in a customer focused role, typically gained over two years Proven track record in building relationships with multiple stakeholder groupsExcellent organization and communication skillsExperience within the life sciences industry is highly preferred Experience with a Sales Enablement software such as Highspot is highly preferredEEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
