At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for a Contracts Management Coordinator to join the team in our Global HQ in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

The Role

As Contracts Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the CCS group in the preparation of contracts and change orders for client/sponsor projects. The Contracts Coordinator role is to maximize the efficiency of the Client Contract Services team and provide value to other departments through administrative and support activities.Obtain authorized signatures for contractual documents in a timely matter. Scan, post, and notification of fully-executed contractual documents on a daily basis.Tracking and follow up of partially executed documents through to full execution.Create weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports along with special projects for Client Contract Services. Maintain Client Contract Services and Master Services Agreement database.Assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and systems. Assist Contract Analysts and Associates in preparation of contracts and change orders, along with costing grids or project analysis as needed. Responsible for department's administrative tasks as requested by Client Contract Services including cost effective stationary supplies management and archiving.Work with counterparts to ensure standardization and consistency of processes for the Client Contract Services group.Coordinate sponsor communication with the Contract Analyst/Associate for partially and fully executed documents.Coordinate and organize meetings (internal and external), assist with and distribute meeting agendas, and draft/finalize and distribute meeting minutes as requested.

What you needBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business / Life Sciences is required1 years' experience working in an administration roleExcellent Exec skills - would consider yourself advancedGreat team playerA brilliant and confident communicator both verbally and writtenA willingness to learn and develop your career within a leading CRO
