The Senior Commercial FSP Director acts as a subject matter expert for FSP PPD offerings through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers at key major pharmaceutical clients. Works hand-in-hand with business development leads to position PPD as a primary or preferred provider for all FSP work to be outsourced Serves as liaison between sponsor and company on all business development activities and requirements. Coordinates sales efforts with all other PPD business units. Works cohesively with business development leads to help form the strategy to win new FSP business and grow existing FSP business throughout all of PPD Biopharm client base. Serves as consultant and spokesperson for the functional area on highly significant matters relating to win strategy, contractual mechanisms, relationship building and overall quality delivery. Will work with internal teams to develop strategy to grow the business.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 15 years’).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: SME level knowledge on FSP model Ability to create and implement clear, effective sales strategy around FSP Strong business acumen and executive presence Ability to build rapport quickly and develop cross functional internal relationships and client relationships with ease. Ability to partner with Business Development colleagues to co-build a strategy to win and grow FSP business
